• Enquiry form: name, phone, email, company, architect reference name, city, project type, timeline, approximate budget, your requirement, and any drawing you upload.
• Complaint form: name, phone, email, invoice number or customer ID, nature of the issue, and complaint details.
• Chatbot: name, phone, email, city, project type, and your message.
• Website usage: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information such as pages viewed, device, browser, and approximate location.

Why we use your data

By ticking the consent box on our form, or by sharing your details in the chatbot, you agree to this use. We do not sell your personal data.

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations.
• To handle service requests and complaints.
• To keep records of enquiries and the service we provide.
• To understand how the website is used, if you accept analytics cookies.
• To meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that help us run this website and respond to you:

• Supabase, which stores enquiries and uploaded drawings.
• Web3Forms, which sends enquiry notifications to our team by email.
• Google, for storing complaint records in Google Sheets, for Google Analytics if you accept it, and for maps on our contact page if you choose to show them.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.

Where your data is stored

Our service providers may store and process data outside India, including in Singapore.

Uploaded drawings

Drawings you upload are stored at a long, hard-to-guess web link so that our team can open them from an email. Anyone who has that link can open the file, so please do not upload anything highly confidential. Contact us if you would like a file removed.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as we need it to respond to you, deliver and support our services, and meet legal requirements. After that, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you.
• Correct or update your data.
• Delete your data, unless we must keep it by law.
• Stop using your data by withdrawing your consent.
• Address a complaint about how we handled your data.
• Act on the instructions of someone you nominate, if you cannot do so yourself.
